Rat Race was issued in 2 different sleeves in Germany. This design could have been one of the better foreign 2 Tone sleeves, had the execution not been so apathetic, particularly in comparison to it's alternative, which featured rats running across a zebra crossing. It appears as if Walt has taken a few punches about the head...
