Recorded at the Boston Paradise 1/30/80

Yet another bootleg with the 'Gangsters' moniker. This time it's a double vinyl effort, a recording of a gig at the Boston Paradise during the band's first visit to the US. While the band were playing this gig on January 30th 1980, 'Too Much Too Young' had just been released and was beginning its upward trajectory through the UK singles chart. The track is introduced here by the now customary advice on the use of contraception from Terry Hall and is followed by Neville experiencing some problems with his microphone. Not exactly a perfect quality recording as it suffers from some distortion now and again, but it's still worth tracking down for Terry Hall's bizarre Jimmy Cagney based intro to 'Rat Race', if for nothing else.

In a move that bootlegs the bootleggers a single-disc version of this album has recently surfaced. The track listing is simply the first disk of the album with the track listing altered accordingly and appearing on the front instead of the rear of the sleeve.
