This is an original 12" test pressing of Ghost Town. Both sides are White Labels and it is housed inside a matt-card fold-over proof sleeve.
The sleeve is a matt-card sleeve opening on a gatefold. It does not have "tab" fasteners. The rear of the sleeve is slightly off centre. Top left corner of rear has two black lines - likely indicating printing position or crop marks of the proof sleeve.
Ghost Town A side is a white label with no inscriptions. Dead wax inscriptions are hand etched as follows:
